No Returns for Sanitary Reasons: Due to the nature of our products, which include skincare, body care, and intimate items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any reason once the product has been opened or used. This is a standard policy in place to ensure the highest level of hygiene and safety for all our customers.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will happily offer a full refund for the affected item. To initiate this process, please send photos of the damaged or defective item to our customer service team at info@velour-skin.com.
